  2. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.
  3. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

 

(B) No Legal Advice

  1. The content on the Website, including articles, guides and other resources (the “Content”), is provided for general information only. It is not legal or other professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

(C) No Lawyer-Client Relationship

  1. Using the Website, or contacting us through the Website, email, telephone or messaging apps, does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and LP Law.
  2. A lawyer-client relationship arises only after we have completed our conflict and identity checks and confirmed in writing that we will act for you, usually through a letter of engagement.
  3. Please do not send us confidential information until we have confirmed that we can act for you. If we already act for another party in the same matter, we may be unable to act for you. Please also do not rely on our enquiry form or messaging apps for urgent matters or deadlines.

 

(D) Our Associate Firms

  1. Associate firms are separate and independent law firms. They are not part of LP Law, and LP Law is not responsible for the advice or services they provide.
  2. LP Law is a Singapore law practice. Nothing on the Website is an offer to provide legal services in any place where we are not permitted to do so.

The copyright in the Website and the Content belongs to LP Law. The LP Law name and logo are our trademarks.
